Download Help
Use this guide to understand how digital course access works after checkout, where to find your files, and what to do if a download link is missing.
How access works
- Add a course or bundle to your cart.
- Enter the email address you want linked to the order.
- After payment is connected and completed, WooCommerce unlocks the downloadable course files.
- You can access downloads from the order email and from My Account.
If you cannot find your download
- Check the email address used at checkout.
- Look in spam, promotions, and updates folders.
- Sign in to My Account and open Downloads or Orders.
- Contact support at support@daomovement.com with your order email and product name.
Before launch note
Stripe and PayPal are installed but payment collection is not connected yet. Download access will work fully after the payment gateways are connected and final course files replace the placeholder download.
